Registration
To create an account on leyonsuper.com, you must be at least fifteen years old. It is important to ensure that the information you provide during registration or at any time is accurate and complete. Any changes to your information should be promptly updated by accessing the My Account section on the website or by notifying us accordingly.
Password and security
During the registration process on the Site, you will be required to create a password. It is essential to maintain the confidentiality of this password and refrain from sharing it with others. You are solely responsible for any activities or orders made using your password. If you suspect that someone else knows your password, please notify us immediately. In the event of a potential security breach or misuse of the Site, we reserve the right to request a password change or suspend your account.
Delivery
We have partnered with Yomato as our delivery service provider. For orders placed before 1 PM, delivery will be scheduled for the next day. However, orders placed after 1 PM will be dispatched for delivery on the following day, resulting in the customer receiving the items two days after the order date. The tracking number will be sent to the customer’s registered email address.
Raffle Draw Registration
All customers are eligible to participate in the raffle draw, and their chances of winning increase with each visit to our supermarkets. There is no minimum bill value requirement to be eligible for the draw. At the end of each month, the winners will be selected and rewarded as follows:
1st winner will receive goods worth yen 25000
2nd winner will receive goods worth yen 15000
3rd winner will receive goods worth yen 10,000
Terms on Frozen and Fresh Vegetables
Orders for frozen and fresh food can be conveniently placed through WhatsApp. Our team will coordinate the order process through the messaging platform, and delivery will be handled separately to ensure your items are promptly and safely delivered to you.
